CFS provides complete environmental site remediation services, including assessments, remedial option evaluation, remedial design and implementation on brownfield redevelopment or industrial sites. We have the expertise and experience to design and install soil depressurization systems and operate and maintain ongoing in-situ treatment systems.
Facility Decommissioning & Demolition
Our teams of professionals are experienced in all facets of plant decommissioning. CFS is your single source for decontamination of polluted concrete and building materials, high pressure water blasting and PCB remediation, to complete building demolition.
Brownfield Redevelopment
We understand site redevelopment for beneficial use purposes. We regularly partner with real estate investment companies and brownfield development firms to investigate, assess, remediate, and restore contaminated properties. Waste Disposal
CFS provides complete waste disposal and recycling services for hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials (drum or bulk quantities), universal wastes, PCBs, petroleum impacted soils and liquids.
Soil & Groundwater Remediation
We're experts at remedial design and implementation. We perform ex situ remediation via soil excavation and dewatering as well as in-situ injection of a wide range of chemicals and oxidants into contaminated subsurface soil or groundwater areas. We design and install vapor mitigation systems in existing buildings or new construction. Our services also include commissioning and long term operation, maintenance and monitoring.
Sub-Slab Depressurization System Installation and O&M
Sub-slab depressurization (SSD) systems are used to apply vacuum underneath a building slab in order to reverse the migration of contaminated vapors through the slab into the structure.
We install the most effective SSD systems, operate the system to ensure peak efficiency, and perform ongoing system management throughout the life of the project.
Chemical Injection
We're experts at performing effective in-situ injection delivery of a wide range of chemicals and oxidants into contaminated subsurface soil or groundwater areas. The advantages of injecting remediation chemicals include limited generation of waste material, contaminant plume containment, minimal site disturbance, and reduced cleanup time.
These advantages result in savings on material, monitoring, and maintenance.
