Compliance Field Services Inc (CFS), a minority-woman owned environmental remediation and professional services firm, today announced the acquisition of ECC Horizon’s Mid-West Operations located in Indianapolis, IN. This acquisition brings CFS additional professional service expertise in due diligence, property assessment, remedial design, remediation oversight and project management.
